This week at Dallas’s Fashion Industry Gallery (f.i.g.), the 14th edition of the Dallas Art Fair will be open to visitors from April 21—24. Returning in its full form after pandemic-driven downsizing, the 2022 fair will welcome presentations from 85 international galleries alongside other programs and happenings around the city for Dallas Art Month.

“The Dallas art market has been on a sharp incline in recent years, and since the pandemic we have seen Texas’s population skyrocket, with more and more people relocating here from places like New York and California,” said Kelly Cornell, the Dallas Art Fair Director. “We have seen this positively impact the arts and collecting in Dallas. With that in mind, we are ready to be back in full swing this April and stage the full-size, high-quality fair collectors and galleries expect from us.”

Returning fairgoers will recognize presentations from names like Derek Eller Gallery, KARMA, Perrotin, Kasmin, and Various Small Fires, while first-timers will include those like Galeria CURRO of Mexico and the multi-city-based Over the Influence. Alongside the fair booths, attendees will find the return of the closing party, The Eye Ball, and the Dallas Museum of Art’s sixth Dallas Art Fair Foundation Acquisition Program.
