SOCO Gallery is a contemporary art gallery in Charlotte, North Carolina committed to a program of exhibitions by acclaimed international and regional artists. Founded in 2015 by Chandra Johnson, the women-owned and run artist space strives to bring museum quality artists and artwork to our local community and lead the conversation in the Southeast in contemporary art. We are equally proud of our support of regional emerging talent. 

The gallery regularly presents an ongoing series of artist talks and cultural seminars with past speakers including Maria Brito, Eric Fischl, Pamela Hanson, Jim Moore, Amy and John Phelan, and Ivan Shaw; and has been featured in Artsy, Surface, Cultured Magazine, Vogue, Town & Country, Forbes, Architectural Digest, the Telegraph, Art Market Monitor and Galerie Magazine.
