KOKI ARTS opened in 2012, in the Bakurocho area of Tokyo. With the director Koki Ishibashi being a Japanese originally from New York City, KOKI ARTS represents both Japanese and American artists. Aside from introducing artists from the US to Japan (and vice versa), KOKI ARTS focuses on exhibiting artists of all stages in their careers and regularly participates in international art fairs.

Since 2017, Koki Ishibashi has served as an executive committee member for ART FAIR ASIA FUKUOKA. In 2020, Ishibashi was involved in the establishment of the Hayama Artist Residency and currently serves as a selection committee member. He has also appeared multiple times as an art navigator on TOKYO EYE, an international program on NHK WORLD.
