The Fashion Industry Gallery special event space comprises approximately 55,000 square feet of sleek contemporary space within a mid-century modern building in the heart of Downtown Dallas. Exposed brick walls, polished concrete floor, natural and directional lighting, and additional spaces including a promenade adjacent to a private park, a spacious lobby and intimate lounge, the space is a blank slate that can be transformed into the optimal backdrop for the Dallas Art Fair. It’s where Nicole Richie held her book-signing party for “The Truth about Diamonds”; Valentino staged its private conclave cocktail party for Neiman Marcus; Grey Goose launched its “La Poire” vodka; “Modern Luxury Dallas” and “D Fashion” celebrated their debuts; and iconic director Francis Ford Coppola performed his private one-man show.
